4 pm showed up to reopen my old online account, bank representative decided to tell me I needed an appointment and appointments will be taken before walkins which is definitely not good for.the working American population who will get fired for taking off whenever they please? This is a whole new level of stupidity on this branches management? Refuse to help bank customers who walk in to conduct business? Corporate representative needs to come experience what's being done to CHASE BANK customers? Everyone posting needs to contact CHASE BANK corporate to file complaints ensure all customers are respected equally? Again not everyone can just take off.to make appointment whenever he or she pleases, THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED!!

Shirley at the Chase bank in West Monroe gets a 6/5 stars. Made our whole experience amazing. The bank provides big dog treats, but she personally buys little ones for small dogs. me and my dog had just left the vet yesterday and she loaded him up with treats! if youre seeing this mrs shirley, thank u so so so much!

This is the worst bank in the country nothing works online can't get my balance when I need to know it charge to much for a checking account will be changing banks as soon as possible this has been going on for 5 years I'm done and will not ever recommend them to anyone
