Please stay away from these people. Charles is a wolf in sheep clothing. My mother rented with them for 3 years and even though the apartment was less than perfect, everything was working out at first. She paid diligently. Time passed and regular maintenance was never performed. Only when there was a problem that she had to call to fix it, they appear at the apartment with a quick fix. She spent lots of money trying to get rid of ants and mices and trying to bandaid what was falling apart. Seems like Charles got tired of being “bothered†and got upset and said she was too demanding and everything downward spiral. Like requesting maintenance in a rented apartment is a sin. It should be done, not even requested. We found a better place and she left and return the keys to him on the May 1st. There were several things left at the apartment that she was willing to leave, even when that meant losing the deposit; but he told her that she could pick up everything with no problems. Next thing we know, she received a letter saying she had to pay that whole month’s rent because she vacated on the 5th. That is an absolute LIE. As a matter of fact, my mother was living at the new place since mid April. Now we have to hire a lawyer to dispute this individual lies. It’s the typical Oppressive power relationship that we are going to fight against. Take a piece of advice and DO NOT RENT from them. Avoid any headaches.

I had three appraisals done, and this appraiser was NO WHERE EVEN close to the other two. His judgements and comments were completely made without merrit or reason. The adjustments he made were completely different from the other two. The base of his appraisal was using a price per square foot that was completely unrealistic, and then he found properties that were no were near the quality and style of our home. We have a waterfront property, and he chose 3 properties that were NOT waterfront. His appraisal came in 160k below the other appraisals. I sent him the other two for comparison, and I got back a report that was entirely wrong and full of errors and oversites. AND he charged $50 more than the other appraisers. He is over-priced, made rude comments and unprofessional. I highly advise avoiding this appraiser.
