Several years ago I told people that Chase bank was the best; they provided a number of free services.
I done had 24 medallion stock stamps and notary stamps without any cost to me.
Currently, they will no longer provide a medallion service for stock beneficiary designation and they will provide only three notary stamps per visit. I was told that they will only provide medallion stamps on stock transfer and or sales. What is clear to me is that they no longer want to provide any services that does not turn a profit.
Both Bank of America and U.S. Bank still provides medallion services.
Im tempted to pull my money out.

I was helped my Ms. Chen and she was polite and professional, along with helping with every question I had and helped fix all my problems! I would definitely recommend asking for her if you are looking to make a new credit card !!

This branch is ridiculous, apparently they've been having a lot of problems lately and don't relay that to the customers til you've waited in line and it's your turn, wth! If you can't offer the convenience of Chase Banking then just stay closed. Now I'm wondering if the teller deposited my check in the right account because they're system was down and not reflecting I deposited anything, super stressed out about why I didn't just walk out. This branch sucks.
