This was our second experience the Gene and Ruby Manners. We purchased a house about 12 years ago. When we were faced with selling my mother's home they are the one's we turned to for advice. We are very pleased with the professional service and guidance we have received throughout the whole process. Gene and Ruby Manners went above and beyond to help us sell my in-laws family home of 62 years. The first time my wife spoke to Gene on the phone she was certain Help-U-Sell was the Realtor to use. Gene and Ruby met us at the home, took photos and background information to set us up online. They taught us how to have our own open house from placing signs to showing Buyer's through the house. Gene and Ruby were at our first open house with hands on help to make sure we would be ok on our own. Our second open house Ruby came by for a few hours to check we were fine on our own, Our highest recommendation goes to Gene and Ruby Manners for being professional, knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, understanding we needed lots of help and providing it.
