Excellent service provided by Greeno Plumbing and Heating. Called at 3:30 in the afternoon looking for service on my furnace. Jim arrived 45 min later. I had heat by 5:00! Thanks for the great response time.

I have known Jim Guarino since we were kids, and done some business with him, so my opinion may be biased. That said, when my wife and I needed help with a water heater, Jim came thru, and saved us a lot of money by repairing the water heater instead of taking the easier way of saying we had to get a new one. Thank you Jim.

I called in early December and was told I would be on the list after the more serious problems were solved. I even forwarded a pic of what needed to be done. I never heard any more from them and got someone else in a timely manner but I waited a long time for them to call back. Where is the courtesy?
