Had my debit card hacked, their good about stopping any transactions, but it shouldnt take a week to get a new card. My uncle got one on my mothers account in ten minutes at wesvaco! First choice as soon as they stop card should start a new one automatically, still cant figure out how other banks can do it so fast!!!!!!!

Wonderful place to waste a half-hour because some old dude doesn't have hos required info to make multiple transactions. God forbid it you aren't able to sit and wait.

We caught a scam charge to our account while it was on hold, and we let the bank know not to let it through because we didnt make that purchase but they let it charge my account anyways.

This is one of the hardest banking places I have ever felt with you can never get a hold of anyone to help you so I'm getting out of this mess up place Good Luck to those who stay

I must admit, when my credit union closed, i totally intended to close my account. However, after having visited the Three Springs Location a few times, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the hours and convenience.
The four-star rating is due to the website. It took a little time to get working correctly, but all is good now.
