Ive been dealing with this company for my grandmas estate and they are shady, rude, and all about their commissions. They are super unprofessional, dont follow through with the information they provide, and dont seem to ever know whats going on. I spoke with Ryan through estate services and he said he would reach back out after speaking to the estate team and I never received a call. Myself, along with the rest of my family, are upset and unhappy with this company. They need to get theirselves together and get better employees or just give their services to another company.
