Mamakea assembled 5 different pieces of Ikea furniture for me (a chair, tv stand, coffee table, etc). She was able to make an appointment for the day after I first spoke to her. She arrived on time and assembled the furniture quickly and correctly. She was professional and nice. Her pricing is upfront, and I would definitely hire her again in the future.

Mamakea did a great job at an affordable price. They assembled three pieces of office furniture (lateral file cabinet, 2-door cabinet, and end table) that I'd ordered from Wayfair. Scheduling was easy. She arrived on time, brought all her own tools and even a blanket to protect my floor and my furniture. She worked quickly and neatly. Everything is assembled beautifully. This was well worth the fee, to save me the frustration and stress of having to figure it out myself!

Great Service! My husband and I bought an IKEA PAX wardrobe system and like with most IKEA furniture there are A LOT of parts and pieces. So, there are always a few options: IKEA can assemble it for you, but you have to pay for their delivery as well if you are going to use them. You can also look for a random person on Craigslist....kind of scary. You can do it yourself, which I did contemplate until I watched a 5 minute time lapse video of a husband a wife assembling one of these systems which they said took over 15 hours! Yikes, not wort it to me. Then I took a look at the mamakea website and immediately emailed Cyndi. She replied very quickly to my email and within 30 minutes we had a date and time set up. (only 4 days later and on a weekend). All I had to do was make sure there was enough space in the room I wanted the closet assembled. She arrived and 3 hours later the closet system was assembled and all the boxes, plastic wrap, etc. was nicely cleaned up and ready for recycling or trash. Cyndi was very nice, easy to work with, and definitely knows how to put together the tricky IKEA furniture that we all likely have a love/hate relationship with, but when you take out the hate (putting it together) it is perfect!
