I am a real estate agent in MD and my daughter and son in law needed a home inspector in NC. I searched the web and fortunately found Tom. He responded immediately to my inquiry on a weekend evening and answered all my questions professionally and promptly. Outstanding service, reasonable price and extremely knowledgeable. I have 35 years experience in the business and know a good home inspector when I see one. Tom is the best! He was patient and explained over and above to my daughter and son in law every facet of the home, inside and out. 100 percent satisfied!!

Tom is a life saver.
We have been looking to buy a home in the Asheville, NC area. And, we have been under contract on 6 different homes.
Tom's professional knowledge of correct home building practices and his attention to detail have prevented us from getting caught up in some pretty serious money pits. From roofing problems to basement problems, wood rot. Termites, water intrusion, bad electrical practices, bad plumbing issues, outdated Windows and high radon.
We have used "On Call Home Inspection's" service multiple times
And will continue to do so.

Tom is absolutely brilliant! He was so informative, answered all of our questions and didn't mind us tagging along. He was personable, friendly and made us feel relaxed through the whole inspection. I cannot recommend Tom enough!! His report came back the same day (we booked him on a Saturday) and it was clear and easy to understand. If you want the best home inspector in town then book this man!!!!!

I used Tom for my recent home inspection. The home was a new construction. Tom was very thorough in his inspection and detailed. He included pictures and detailed explanations. I would definitely use him again as well as recommend him.
