We unwisely had Cooks replace our flooring while we were out of town. When we returned- there were 1/4 gaps between 1/3 of the flooring planks, garbage was overflowing the trash bin (it was empty when we left) and covering the kitchen counter and had attracted bugs. The owner did come by and admit that the work was unacceptable- he would get back to us to completely rip everything out and redo it. Yup, you guessed it- that never happened. If you tell a customer you will fix it and do not do it, you lack integrity.

We were SOO impressed with Cooks coordination, service, and installation of our carpet in our new home. We asked a lot in trying to get carpet put in just a few days after we closed on a house, and Chuck and his team went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were so impressed with everything from the first visit with Kyle helping us pick out carpet, to every person who helped install the carpet. I would highly recommend Cooks for your carpet and flooring needs. Wonderful people to work with!
