Tri State has always provided me with great Cpap service and supplies. If I have questions about anything, they're always there with the answer. Tri State takes care of me and my needs.

Being setup with a cpap machine. Told it will be two weeks. Most places have a waiting period of 5 to 6 months. So happy to hear 2 weeks wait time. Staff seems nice but only talked over the phone. So far their service seems good. If anything changes I'll put up update review.
........ Update. I looked up the model of this CPAP machine tri-state was setting me up with. First of all it's known to be loud from what little reviews I could find on it. Second it's 1600.00 through tri-state. I called another medical supply company and a name brand machine costs 1400.00. So I don't feel comfortable buying this Chinese CPAP not knowing much about it.

I was told I was being released from the hospital later that day. I called Tri State at 1 pm and they had a by hospital bed delivered by 3pm. Highly recommend them!

I'm not sure about some of these reviews. Tri State has been awesome to me.
I've been with this company since 2013 and won't go anywhere else.
I always get a receipt for my orders.
I'm on oxygen 24/7. They even come out to my car to switch my tanks out. Saving me the trip and getting myself all out of breath.
The team is always on top of things and are more than willing to help answer questions and explain anything you need to know.
I've never had an issue with my insurance or being harassed for a bill. But I do pay mine when they come in.
This is a solid company with solid workers.
In 2013 when I was diagnosed, the beat me home from the hospital. Highly recommend
