Received text that my prescription was ready, went to drive through to pick up prescription, after waiting 25 min they tell me it's not ready and to come back in 2 hours. Next day, go back to drive through, hi im here to pick up my prescription and they say oh it's not ready yet come back in 2 hours. Okay! Bye byyyye

I had the worst customer service ever and from one of the pharmacy staff. She saw me the first time with my medication in her hand and told me that she couldn't give it to me that I had to call the plan and that it took several days to respond and that I was transferred from another Walgreens that they treated me very badly too, it really bothered me. to go but I was left wondering why they couldn't give me the medicine for my son who had already needed it for 3 days and I put my sister on the cell phone who speaks English much better than I do when she hears me talking to me sister in Spanish got upset and explained in a bad way to my angry sister, throwing the papers in the cauter, shouting all over him and squeezing her face, angry because she didn't want to continue attending to what she said that supposedly if I bought the medicine for my son I would They removed the plan. What the hell does she care, I just needed the medicine for my son urgently. They never gave it to me and believe me, I will never set foot in a pharmacy prescription book again. Walgreens has very poorly educated, spoiled people who are only there for money and not for service. I hope they close all the stores, but none of them come, that's why so many stores have already closed.
