Ashley and Monique,
I was impressed with them at the front counter. I'll tell you what, anytime you can interact with some articulate and intellectual Sister Women with people skills, you've got a treasure!
We went to get our passport stuff, and Ashley was awesome! It took a little bit of time for the process, but she took us right away at our appointment. And, for an old Sicilian, I treasure women of color because my wife is a woman of color! And, she has mad people skills also! That's why she was a manager at Abbott laboratories. I love her so much we've been married twice! Lol?!
Ashley and Monique impressed my wife and I so much, we had to drop off coffee and O' Brothers danish, apple fritters, and coffee cake this morning
Daniel, his comment below talks about free boxes but they charge to ship! Well, no kidding! They're going to ship it for free? Lol, that really is not a revelation Daniel......
Wrote Dog, actually wrote a novella! He goes to the Waukegan UPS store to get a label? Then claims it's lost, that he doesn't know where the package is? Why didn't he just take it to the Post Office in the first place? Defective package? The post office doesn't box up your junk! If it's defective, it's because you didn't package it right in the first place!!!! You couldn't wait to put in a claim?!? 2 days? Lol, who's the unprofessional here? It sounds like some con artist shenanigans.

Very deficient, they lost a package that was never delivered at home that day, it says delivered, I was at home and it was not delivered, a duper package important to me with merchandise inside, the man in the office doesn't care about anything, he just said it was lost and that's it

I was expecting the delivery of my baby's urn today. The tracking information was stating that it was out for delivery but also was ready for pick up. I explained to the gentlemen what I was expecting and he asked for a few minutes. He immediately called back and said it was on a truck, but the driver was bringing it directly to me. I'm not sure who I spoke to, but my family and I are so grateful for your kindness and the importance put behind the delivery of something so special to our family!

Staff is friendly. Building is a part of historical Waukegan, built in 1933.
