Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming! Did not have to wait long. Esmeralda was very helpful and quick through the pre testing process. Dr. Vollmer was very thorough and took her time explaining eye exam results. Highly recommend.

The doctor was very rude. The office next door is a gym and music was so loud it was deeply annoying. The office was dingy and in need of a make over. They were going to charge me for a second eye glass case for the second pair of eyeglasses that I personally paid out of pocket for. Just altogether tacky. I wont be going there for anymore annual exams. I gave them my old frames to use for the second pair. When the glasses came back, they were a totally different frame! I didnt complain because I actually liked the new frames better. Just be aware that could happen to you also. Dont use any personal set of frames you like because you may not get the same ones back.
