      Hi Noel,Sorry for any trouble you’re having with tracking the packages. I can assure you that nothing was taken from our staff members. I tracked your packages and they have been delivered. Not sure what the delay was, but it shows the original scan on the day you dropped it off and then the delivery date. All in all it took 3 business days, UPS has limited routes on Saturdays and are closed Sundays and we’re closed yesterday (Monday ) for MLK Day. Please let me know if we can help you with anything else.Thank you

      image Do NOT get fingerprinting done here, from being asked to pay $3 to print out a pieceof paper to get my fingerprinting done, even though they just needed a QR code, to my prints being rejected, this experience sucked. Definitely make an appointment, was rejected as a walk in because they didn't have staff for doing the fingerprinting.
