The room was clean, updated, and comfortable and the person at the desk was very friendly. We were skeptical when seeing the motel from the outside but the room was well maintained and clean.
Only negative was that we used an app to book our room and were told after that it would’ve been much cheaper to book directly. Good to know for the future.

Very poor service.. honestly this the the worse place i ever stay .. i opened the door and the first thing i saw was a spider 🕷 walking in the bathroom room... next day i found other insects in the room.. the lady is so rude since the beginning.. she not even clean up my room next day.. she is rude and arrogant .. please don't ever come to this place .. i told her i stay because u force me to stay because if i cancel my order she will change me a fee ..

Older motel as I guess they all are in Watkins Glenn. It does have a gorgeous view. The room is large and clean with 3 tables, a micro and small fridge. The keyless entry is really nice. Mattresses are low quality but the main beef is with the shower. A body barely fits in it. My husband could barely squeeze in it. Can’t bend or turn. We would not stay again for that reason.
