Katie did nothing to relieve my husband's pinched nerve pain that had lasted for 4 days. Not even a non-narcotic anti-inflammatory injection. He is still in pain several hours later. Northern Light actually tries to alleviate their patients' pain. MaineGeneral does not care at all.

First time I've honestly felt the need to even leave a negative review somewhere but when I went in tonight I was shown so little care and compassion it was astounding. The express care doctor I was seen by barely even asked me anything about my symptoms before jumping to conclusions and just being downright condescending and rude. This is the first time I've ever left a medical establishment in tears and no answers. I hope the doctor I had tonight changes her career path because it's not ok to be treating patients that already come in feeling awful like that.
I will say most of the times I've been here they have treated me better than
Tonight and there are kind doctors and nurses there rhat do their due diligence but I will likely be seeking treatment elsewhere in the future after tonight's experience

It was busy, but it was clear that they were doing their best to be quick, but thorough. I was there for a couple hours, but once they got me in I was out in a good amount of time. They just had a lot of people coming in.
