AAA+++. Everything is better than I expected! Windows, doors, siding and gutter guards, all excellent. Have gotten several compliments from neighbors, some even before work was completed. Owner very easy to work with, answered all questions, stopped by daily to check in and make sure everything going to plan. I just can't put into words how happy I am with their work!! I will definitely use Community Builders again and will highly recommend them to family and friends. I feel very blessed to have found Community Builders.

We remodeled our home with Community Builders. We had new siding, windows and gutters with leaf guard. Overall the job looks great. We have gotten many complements from our neighbors. however, when ordering our windows and new front door, George Skarlis decided what windows we were getting. After our new siding was on, I decided I would rather have brown gutters instead of the white. George actually told us they only come in white. They do not. Then George told us that it would be two weeks before we could get them and that was not a problem but before that George said there may be a problem ordering a different color. The new gutters were here the next day. I have asked George multiple times if we could get an itemized list of the price of each item we were buying, without any labor charges or haul away charges. We would like to know what we paid for each window. We would like to know the price of the gutters and so forth. We did receive a statement showing the charges that we paid for the different projects we asked for, but George WILL NOT supply us with the basic cost of each item. I think that is poor business practice. For the amount of money we spent, we have the right to know what we paid and for which item. I would NOT recommend using this business. We will not use them again.
