If I could give less than one star I would. Honestly dont know how this location is in business at all. Over an hour wait in the drive through today. Asiago Ranch club was not made correctly and was missing the vegetables and there was a tiny sprinkle of old bacon in it. The wrapping was so sloppy and so greasy my hands were covered by whatever grease the food handler had on them by the time I got to the sandwich. The lady at the drive through window gave me an attitude when I asked for sauce for the second time and literally ARGUED that I never asked for sauce before when I definitely did. Fries were even cold. What took so long if there was clearly no effort? every time I go to this location its at least a 40 min- hour wait but today was the worst of all my experiences. I dont usually submit reviews but wow I just want the owner to know this place is under the worst management Ive EVER seen.

Waited over half an hour for my order in the lobby. Name came and went in the ready quay and the guy behind the counter came over and asked if I received my food? And then they had the order wrong. I got a refund and left. Apparently their definition of fast food mine varies considerably!

Placed order through drive through. Was told at speaker that they can't do breakfast potatoes. So I still asked for a plain chicken biscuit. I get to to the window and pay and then told they can't do chicken because the fryer is broken. I get my drink and then I'm told " we have no straws". COME ON!!!. if you can't provided straws, maybe this location needs to be closed down. Maybe you should tell customers at the speaker what you don't have before they order. Don't let customers order and then tell them , oh sorry we can't do that, AFTER THEY PAY. this location sucks.

Worst experience ever, the good came out cold and not fully wrapped. Things were missing from the order. . No ketchup packets for dining room customers or any in the pump. I provided them with packets I had in my pocket, since they are frequently missed in orders for doordash. Waited for 30 mins on the order, then after everything was bagged was told they were Out of lemonade. What looked to be a small order of fries was on the floor and when made aware they said yes someone told me that a hour ago.
