Washingtonville Chase might be good but not the financial advisor. Spent hours at appoint to be misinformed 100%. A different Chase branch (other location) financial advisor is very upset on how misguided I was and thankfully I'm intelligent enough to do research which confirmed all the wrong facts we were given and he was even looking at the current account. We could not doing any of what he told us because Chase 800# kept telling us were incorrect. I have pages of notes from the meeting. You want to be mislead then go the Washingtonville branch. We are so upset!

Not properly staffed. Could not open a new account or add someone to my safe deposit box.

Very rude at that branch, I worked at other banks and treating a customer that way is unacceptable. I understand it's a Saturday and they have less employees but there were only two customers 1 at the teller and 1 with the personnel banker. The teller finish and asked if she can help me I mention I need to fill out a form to remove a joint account holder. She asked if I have an appointment I said no do I need one. She said I don't know Gisele has been busy I don't know how long it takes to fill out a form. She could have just said to take a seat and ask Gisele if she can help.
Gisele finishes with the customer didn't come out to check if anyone was waiting so I waited a couple minutes to see but nothing so I walked to the office to ask if she would be able to help me. She said I don't know I have to finsh something and have an appointment just take a seat umm ok so I asked again will you be able to help me if I take a seat again she says Idk I have to finsh and I have an appointment I said if I take a seat and wait are you going to help me you said you don't know I'm not going to wait if you can't help me ok take a seat smh my transaction took 2 minutes I can't believe I was a bother to them.
