Forget trying to talk with a bank employee over the phone. They dont answer. I just had a quick easy question and ended up having to drive down to the bank to be able to talk with them.

I have had nothing but problems getting my account straight and have spent hours w a CS rep promising me everything is fixed. Nothing that was promised to b working now was not. I am changing banks.

If I could leave a 0 star review. Absolutely horrible customer service and no outside ATM's working and only 1 person inside who was rude as ever. Don't bank with chase bank

As a customer if I need to use bathroom I have to go to McDonalds because its not for public. Seriously!? If Im there discussing business and need to use restroom I have to stop everything go to McDonalds and then come back there. Ive never had this experience before especially in the bank. Very disappointed. Luckily I never have to go back there.
