even 1 is too much for his deceptive act. He came to the house that I had contract on to buy to give me some feedback on how to renovate the house. After he asked me how much I have paid for the house he did tell his friend developer and he gave me so much negative about the house to discourage me from buying it. I decided not to buy the house and canceled the contract (stupid me) and his developer friend immediately bought the house and sold for double. that is how these jerk people make their money and act as human with their fine clothes. I believe in Karma. He has no ethic.
