Their sign says Kawasaki Parts and Service, but when asked about servicing a KRX 1000, they had no idea what I was even talking about. They even asked if it had a Kawasaki engine followed by saying that they could probably service it since they sell go-karts. I then asked what the cost of the 20 hour initial service would be and they wouldnt even look up anything for me stating that the cost would be whatever the cost of any parts and fluids would be with however many loaner hours it is took the ones actually performing the work may actually be competent, but Ill never know with how far from confidence inspiring you the front desk was.
