When my washer went kaput I was in a bit of a panic. I was leaving for a month and my wife works at the other end of the county, so I needed to get in and get a new one purchased and installed pronto.
They are fast, knowledgeable and have a good selection. It's also good that they service many models. They are upfront about what the pros and cons of the models are and we're very friendly. Will definitely be hitching my wagon to them for my appliance needs.
Most places try to upsell the machine with thousands of buttons and modes and features--most of what I didn't want nor need. Just keep it simple to operate, highly reliable, and easy to maintain if it needs service. They gave me the rundown of the different makes and helped me feel comfortable about what I was buying. Of course I did some online research, but I learned more in 10 minutes at J&S than I did in 2 hours of scouring the web.
