Yesterday we went into Tmobile to get some help on a phone and home internet. Jesse was amazing and took such good care of us that I am extremely grateful. Thanks Jesse!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Went in, stood around for 40 minutes and left. There were two customers and two staff but zero staff acknowledgement. I appreciate a "welcome" or "there's a wait but we'll be with you as soon as we can" but that didn't happen. Management, train your staff!
