I traded in my 2015 Chevy Equinox, and leased at 2021 Nissan Rogue. Tyler Davis, Marc Whetstone, and Bruce Siglowe were all a great help. It was a good experience and I am so happy with my new Rogue!

Mostly pleasant but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that I got back the same dirty truck I brought in for it's 1st service. My husband is a GM retiree & we've been leasing GM vehicles for over 20yrs. This is the FIRST time I have EVER got a DIRTY vehicle back from a service visit from ANY dealership!!

Took too long for an simple oil change, over an hour. In additiona, standard fee for an oil change went from 49.99 to 69.99 for an oil change, as noted it was about 45 just in labor. While i understand the need to keep your employees going, 70 for an oil change, regardless of the little extras that are included, is too much. I will need to review options going forward and possibly take my GM product to the same location as my other vehicle that is comparable with your previous cost.
I will state the Staff was super nice and was a bright spot at the dealership.

My check engine light came on 2 days before leaving for a long trip. I called the service dept and explained the situation. They got me right in the next morning and fixed the issue quickly.
