When Wired for Wine advertises items on sale, beware that the price may reflect a smaller container, like a split (375 ml) vs. a bottle (750 ml) of wine, and watch to see if the price is actually inflated for the smaller container. Do not rely on the picture shown which may not match the item on sale. This is a bait and switch I fell for. Shame on me. Let the buyer beware!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Paid $35 for what I thought was 6 packs of Truly. They are $8.99 at the market, so when I saw them on sale for $5.99 on the website, I was thrilled! They sent me SIX INDIVIDUAL CANS for $35!! I thought it was a mistake. I immediately called and she said it clearly shows the can in the picture, so no mistake on their part. Obviously, I thought that was just to show the product. Nowhere does it state one individual can for $5.99! She said I could send them back for a refund, but they would deduct shipping costs. DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT. Should be completely ashamed. Will be letting everyone know and calling the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a special bottle for my father's 80th birthday, which also happens to be Christmas. They shipped the wrong one. Anyone can make an honest mistake, and they more than made up for it. When I called, Tonya picked up on the first ring. She looked into the issue and called me back within minutes. It was taken care of almost immediately.
Mistakes can be stressful, but we're human and we make them. The response to the error and their customer service service really blew me away. I won't hesitate to use them if I need their services again.

Terrible wines and terrible service. I would not recommend this wine service. I worked with Tanya and she was rude and insulting.
