If you like to have your "repaired" equipment using old repair parts from scrapped equipment of a same model equipment, that's what you'll get. American Industrial is like getting your repairs done out of someone's garage. Marposs E5 Amplifiers are adjusted using uncalibrated transducer test box. Marposs E9 Amplifiers are adjusted using a beat up uncalibrated micrometer rigged up to be accommodated to connect to the amplifier's veam. Safety Laser Scanners light paths are air blown and not in a proper environment area.
Hand held barcode readers are mostly repaired by using old used parts from scrapped hand held bar code readers.
They will steal parts from another company's repair to ship out a repair that they refuse to buy a replacement part.
If a motor drive technician blows up a customer's motor drive they will cover it up to compel the customer to purchase an exchange motor drive.
Beware of this place.
UPDATE: I've contacted Keyence, the manufacturer of safety laser scanners and light curtains, which American Industrial Inc. repairs, Keyence informed me that American Industrial Inc. is NOT ALLOWED to repair their products. I have provided Keyence with American Industrial Inc.'s contact details.
I've contacted Banner Engineering the manufacturer of light curtains, which American Industrial Inc. repairs, Banner Engineering informed me that although Banner Engineering does not suggest American Industrial Inc. repair their products. Banner Engineering requires that American Industrial certifies the repair (in which American Industrial Inc. has absolutely no Banner Engineering light curtain certification procedures). And, American Industrial Inc. MUST inform Banner Engineering of liability legalities. I have provided Banner Engineering with American Industrial Inc.'s contact details.

American Industrial Inc. IS NOT an authorized Keyence repair facility and is NOT ALLOWED to repair any Keyence products.
