Stoped by their location today, to ask about build options they offer and a pamphlet. normally I dont leave bad reviews, but I felt as if the older lady at the counter was extremely rude. I ask about salt water pool options, she basically tried making it seem like since I was from hawaii I should know all about salt water pools.. the younger lady actually took out the time and day to educate me further about pools which I do appreciate as the older one gave me stink eye. After that experience, I do not think I will be spending my money with this location.

Just wanted to get a few things, arrived at 12:30 pm to a sign posting winter hours. M/W/F 10-2. Door is locked, open sign not on. Ok. Please explain why you have a sign and not be open during the new winter hours??

Terrible! Rude and terrible customer service. Do not go to them. The owner Mike Sardelli is disrespectful and will tell you things like what country are you from? Youre ridiculous Im from America buddy lol. Very racist. Im trying to have a conversation with him on the pricing and you cant even get a word in with this guy. Worst experience Ive had. Never hiring this place again!
