I’ve been going to tax r us for the past 3 years. Tanya is my tax preparer every year and I never had any problems thus far. Excellent service and my tax check always comes on time or before the date given. All around great service that I’ve experienced!

They botched my 2013 return. I just had a Professional fix my return this year. I was suspicious that maybe thwy made a mistake so I requested a copy of my 2013 from the state of Michigan. The previous preparer put that i paid over $500 less in state taxes than i actually did (and she had my w-2's in front of her). She didn't know what she was going. I been paying the state "back" because she did my taxes wrong. I hope they are no longer in business. After paying almost $600 to the state after what she did I'm finally going to get my money back becauae my new tax preparer filed an amendment.

Filed taxes in Jan. And still havent gotten anything. Called Van Long several times and the same answer. Always being processed. Call IRS and all robot talk. Never going here again
