I called here to try and make a new patient appointment but the person who answered the phone was very rude and dismissive. When I asked if there was an option to be seen and pay out of pocket she scoffed and scolded me by saying it was "insurance fraud" (it isn't) in a tone of voice that made me feel ridiculous and shady for even asking. I have never in my life been denied seeing a doctor and paying out of pocket. These people don't care. Based on the other reviews here, we dodged a bullet. Go elsewhere. This is not a good doctor.

Dr Julie is a great doctor, unfortunately there are times you get rescheduled with other doctors to take her place because of health issues and I am not finding seeing others who know nothing about my case giving me effective treatment. I switched practices based on an excellent review of Dr Sher, which I would agree but I havent been able to talk to her consistently and its making my frustrations of creating that relationship difficult for me to understand.
The phone is rarely answered, messages not returned and medications that are supposed to be refilled are not always complete and prescribe medications I cant afford and the stand ins are not helpful in helping me seek the best direction that was my reason for changing practices. Hope things change soon with my need for help from the practice moving forward.

dr Sher is truly a very outstanding psychiatrist and knows her stuff. My first Zoom meeting with her was outstanding and she listened to me instead of cutting me off like my previous one who would abruptly cut me off that this session is not about your discussions only medication management. She takes time with you, asks all the right questions and after my first medication meeting I started to feel a lot better cutting back on doses of meds, I was being thrown higher and higher doses previously to try and help me with my situation, more is not always best so I THANK DR JUKIE FOR HER GUIDANCE RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE. I look forward to continuing seeing her and just signed up for therapy starting in March. I like to discuss why Im in my situation and give the doctor more specific details on why I am feeling the way I do

Dismissed my case because it is too difficult for them to deal with and there is no helping me. Im in utter disbelief at this. They are not here to help anyone. They want the easiest cases and will dismiss you if they think youre too ill. Im mortified. Absolutely sickening. I wouldnt be surprised if they have triggered patients or sent them over the edge. THEY DO NOT CARE.
