Horrible customer service! Have been in their the last 3 times to cash a check from my employer and they have given me numerous excuses and different reasons why each time. Although I have proper identity, it's a valid check from a reputable company. Nasty people! Do not recommend dealing with them, find a different bank! Diane is the worst!

The service in trouble !!! But it is Comerica Banks system !!! Some of the people are old and slow, but even if you have a checking account and you at the drive thur, you have to wait 20 to 25 minutes because they have to get a manager to approve the check and I was told one or twice they could not cash my check because I did not have enough money in my account and I was depositing money in my account and no one was there to Authorize the transaction. This Bank is trouble and I am going to change Banks as so as my account expired with my job.
