If I wasn't invested with Bank of America and haven't been baking with them for over 20 years. I would definitely close my account. I tried calling this branch twice yesterday and once today to find out if I can come and make a credit card payment with my credit union debit card. All 3 times there was no answer, so I. Decided to come up to the branch and standing line for a good twenty minutes. I get up to the teller, she tells me. I can not swipe the card. The only thing I can do is get a cash advance and pay the bank fees. And then pay my credit card with the cash. It would be nice if somebody answered the phone when you call for service. I swear Bank of America has let me down so many times in the last couple of years. You would think there was something wrong with me for continuing to bank with them. If you don't have an account at Bank of America. Do not open one if you can close your account. Do yourself a favor and close your account. You will save yourself headaches.

One teller working. Waited 20 minutes to do a 2 minute transaction. Horrible customer service

10-4 work only for old retired people and second shift workers.
No late hours on Fridays.
There is nothing convenient about your bank anymore.
