I would like to give Cody a great review. He is very helpful and so nice. The pizza we ordered was the best . It was done just like we asked.Thank you Cody , it was delicious! Very nice store and great service

I go to this Caseys a few times a week for different reasoning, usually to get food before work in the morning, and on this particular evening picking up a pizza with a coupon. I went in that morning around 10:30, and there were four crusty donuts in the case along with a few stray flys. This is still the morning hours and since management had switched the donuts are NEVER adequately stocked and they are all misshapen and horribly inconsistently frosted. Also this night, when going to pick up the pizza for carry out, I arrived and asked for it, (15 minutes after they said it was supposed to be done) and it was not even boxed up yet. The lady working the register went back without washing her hands or putting on gloves, and used her bare hands to slide my pizza off of the pan into the box. Then she informed me that she forgot my breadsticks, and instead of working to make it right (they were free with my coupon, the whole reason for ordering) she took my coupon, scanned it, said it didnt work, kept the coupon, and charged full price for the pizza. She didnt offer to resolve the issue, and when we called down to the store, she said wed have to talk to management the next day. The few days following this incident, they have continued to not keep the donut cases stocked, and the food in the warmers looks as if it has been sitting for hours. This Caseys is a repulsive disgrace to the franchise and you should be ashamed to be associated with it and the imbeciles they have employed. Everyone who works there is rude, unsanitary, and cannot manage to do anything in a timely or efficient manner. With the exception of the one polite man that works during the day, the only remainder of prior staff.
