Didn't deserve a one-star . Misdiagnosed a problem and tried to charge me $1,000 . Bah humbug .

Came in for a quote to replace the braking pads. I told them to inspect the rotors and, if needed to be replace, give me a quote for it. They quoted me 3k to replace rotors and pads for front and back. HELL NO!!! I took it to the dealership in Macon instead and the only things that needed replacement was the two front braking pads. I did replace the two tires in the back since you can literally see wires in one of the tires. I guess Raffield Tire Master would know if they actually took off the tires and did their inspections of the braking pads and rotors!!! Even if I was to replace all the pads and rotors, it would cost 2k (as quoted by the Lexus dealership). So Raffield Tire Master think they can charge 1k more than the dealership. In summary: these scammers tried to replace parts that didn't need to be replace and tried to charge 1k more than what a dealership would charge. Scammer!!!! Low life.

1. You estimated it would cost 3K,sir. "We could do it. But we going to have to order the parts or you can take it to a dealership." Literally, "3k" came from your mouth.If what you are saying is true, then you should know I only needed 2 braking pads, so 1.5k for each braking pad was your estimate. Or, it was for the rotors and pads for the front and back. But you just admit in your reply you didn't check the back rotors and pads. What kind of "diagnostics" ,as you call it, for the braking system does not include the back but just the front. A real business (lexus dealership) would take a few extra minutes to inspect front and back and provide/recommend services as needed. But your argument is "you only asked about the front braking pad". So much B/S coming from Raffield Liar Master I can smell it over the phone.
I looked at other reviews as well. You tried to quote someone two weeks ago to replace the pads, rotors, calipers, and braking hoses when he only needed to replace his front pads.
