      image My husband and I attempted to get insurance here. They were slow to follow up. The lady in underwriting did not specifically ask the questions and said I gave her an answer that I did not. The lady at the office said she would check on a few things and get back with us and she never did. My husband only heard back once. I am not sure how their rating is so high. Maybe they only follow up with certain people.
