      image We rented from the Warner Robins, GA location for a year, all was fine until we went to clean our unit out in November 2023. We found that our whole unit was INFESTED with rats and a lot of our belongings were ruined including mattresses, bedding, couch, clothes etc. we notified the Manager on duty to come down to our unit. (Anika). She came down was very apologetic said she had never seen anything this bad, informed us that a unit close to us had , had food stored and attracted the rats. She took SEVERAL pics and told us she would inform corporate and see what they could do as far as compensation and to leave the ruined items in the storage unit. so we moved what we could and left the ruined things. Fast forward to Feb 2024. I have called several times in the past 4 months to find out what is happening with the compensation. continue to get told corp hasnt gotten back to me. To now being told that, that manager no longer works there and they have no recollection of this matter and that we never moved out and we owe $400+. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SUPPORT. no communication, no accountability.

      image My sister rented from Storage Zone in Warner Robins, it was sad to say the least. We went to clean the unit out and there was Rat urine and feces everywhere and i mean EVERYWHERE. My nieces bed was completely unsalvageable, as it wqs completely stained from all the urine, including all of her stuffed animals, blankets and pillows. The manager at the time took several photos but unfortunately she no longer works there, so its been trying to get this matter resolved. long story short i wouldnt advise renting from here seeing as that could care less about tenant protection, pest control or accountability. All about money.
