Repulsive in every way. Very dirty room. Bottom feeder toiletries. Downright scary and sketchy hotel patrons lurking in the halls. Rude front desk staff. Poor parking. Bad signage. Where to start? Never ever will I stay in one of these embassy chains again. AVOID.

Not up to Hilton standard. My family and I stayed here and our room was terrible. There was water damage all over the room in different areas, the couch was ripped up, water damage and cracks in ceiling, the bedding smelled like mildew so bad my wife wanted to sleep without the covers. The mattress on the pull out wasnt even a mattress but 4 separate cushions and my kids said it was uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom was leaking constantly. If we werent on a tight timeline due to a wedding we flew in for I would have switched hotels. The side entrance smelled like smoke and marijuana. There were several women coming and going that appeared to be on drugs Likely trafficking. I was VERY taken back at this experience and dont think Ill be staying at another Hilton again. I wish I had read the other reviews. You should and Hilton should too!

Most terrible experience Ive ever had in a hotel. They have rodents and mouse traps everywhere.
When I mentioned that there was a rodent in my room, they said that there was no evidence of that. Front desk was rude, cold, and had no interest in customer affairs.
The sheets were dirty, the showers werent properly cleaned, there was clumps of hair in the shower and I hadnt even used it! Especially since the hot water doesnt stay longer than 30 seconds at a time.
When I told the hotels manager, she told me I was, wasting her time.
All in all, 0 out of 10.
If youre looking for a good hotel? Choose somewhere else.
