I'm using Staples just for Amazon returns and UPS drop ops. Otherwise this store is terrible: unreasonable high prices, lazy and unprofessional stuff, bad variety of products. Do not buy ANYTHING in Staples: buying online can save you 50-150% !

I visit this location frequently, and I have always been able to find what I am looking for. Beyond the standard office supplies, computers and other small, useful office appliances, and some furniture, too, their printing department and shipping station shine bright.
Customers are able to return items that are shipped through UPS without having to go to a separate location. The printing department has multiple color copy machines that can also scan and a full array of printing services from posters, banners, and other merchandising items. I was able to get laminating and hole punching done on a project within a couple of hours for same-day pick-up.
All of the sales attendants are friendly, able to point you in the right direction, and make every trip a success. This store is an excellent resource, and I'm happy to have it close by.
