the website can never just list department's phone number if you have to call the main phone number to get what department you need to call because they do not allow you to dial by number on the keypad while in the call. and when you do finally get the right department and you leave message after message after message after message after message you still never get a reply or call back it's literally a giant joke to eat up tax dollars apparently. and during this time of pandemic you really would think they would keep those lines open for information purposes.
