Apparently this place is out of business, but not updated on ups.com. Submitted a print order, went to pick up, but found workers in the demolishing & renovating the store. It would have been nice to know this before wasting my time! Google & UPS.com should update their info!

Awful place to work for. After just reading that the owners son was stealing makes me very angry. I worked at the store for about 2-3 years. I reported to the owner multiple times I had witnessed enployees stealing and even reported how they did it. After months of dealing with customers angry and feeling helpless because I couldnt control the situation I terminated my employment with UPS store on Wellsley. After 6 months I was served with a court date for a Larceny of 15k dollars. I was devastated I was a newly divorced single mother working most days open to close with no help. This all falls around the time leading into Seth's theft. Reminder after Making the owner aware that I had witnessed the theft he was suing me for 15k. I was the only employee in that store allowed to handle any cash received as well as receiving 2 raises in the time that the owner Stuart alledged I stole from him. After he fired 3 employees for theft in which they were either his son or college students I was the only person left. I got a fantastic lawyer who clearly reviewed all the alleged evidence and schedules I kept in my personal email was able to prove Stuart's acquisitions false. During my lawyers investigation she uncovered many discrepancy s in the case. Firstly, I worked at the Wellsley location and was accused of stealing from other locations that I had never worked at and was impossible for me to be working at one location and being accused of stealing from another while punched in and working in Wellsley location. Long story short I was proven not guilty. During these times I was denied unemployment and was given nasty reference for future jobs. This was one of the.biggest nightmares that cost me alot of stress time and money. If the owner listened he would of went after the appropriate people.

Excellent experience at UPS in Walpole MA. The fellow at the counter was helpful, efficient and could not have been nicer. My first Amazon return! Thank you sir at UPS!

Darlene and Alphonso (sp?) were incredibly helpful today and both went above and beyond. My teenage son was shipping something and we needed help packing everything up on a busy day at the store. Both of them managed to help us while helping everyone else coming in. Moments after getting home we realized that he was getting scammed through Facebook Marketplace. We went back to the store  just as the UPS truck was about to pull away. Darlene and Alphonso went into the UPS truck, found our package, and returned it to us. We are very appreciative. I've seen some of the other reviews on here, people will generally only post negative experiences apparently but I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had here.
