Allstate has been very supportive and helpful with all my situations including fire, inside hiuse flood, and other problems. They have provided the best home insurance. I appreciate the Tyler Johnson agency in Walmut Creek California.

I have a new small business. Boo and Tyler went through how I operated and all my concerns to make sure i had the plan that worked best for me. I was wonderfully surprised by the care and attention given to making sure I felt confident and new exactly what would and wouldn't be covered under my plan. I'm SO happy with this decision and I am very grateful for this stellar team. They really went above and beyond to explain everything to me and make it clear they have my back should i have any questions. I already feel so much better!

Hello.
I don't recommend these "brockers". The first time for the next six months they gave me a pretty affordable auto insurance "full coverage" but after this period they sent me three times more cost for the next six final months, explaining that the company changed my policy in California and not only their company increased the cost.
I called several companies for a double check and nobody commented about California changes .
The General company gave me a better offer than others and this cost was less than Allstate gave me the first time. It is not an advertisement of The General company, no. It is an example.
I know what happened. When I talked with their agent I explained my problems with details and after six months they used my situation against me to make more money.
When I cancelled the contract because my 2k per year became to 6.6k they sent me an invoice for the cancellation fee and when I didn't pay it they sent a request to the collection services agency.
It is an extortion and scam company.
I highly recommend finding another company, don't waste your time.
