I used to come here for recommended services because their price is reasonable. I recently found out why. I came in earlier because the rail of the sun/moon roof of my VW came off. Just to inspect it would cost me $300. So i hesitated and opted to wait for the recommended service which supposedly includes moonroof inspection. After paying the hefty amount for the service, no notations were indicated for all the problems i am anticipating. Did they skip it? I checked and confirmed it should be included. So I asked and even called twice but no responses. I guess they don't care because i already paid. I am better of with non-dealership shops or better yet, ditch the car. They lied on their EPA rating to begin with. Hmmm.
