Tax person was nice, but they are not cheap. They really should offer discounts to repeat customers and not just new customers.

Ann Stanwood was the BEST tax preparer and it's too bad they lost her.  No doubt corporate BS drove her to quit.  If anyone knows where Ann is or how to get in touch, message me.  No-one else at this office came close to her expertise, communication and thoroughness.  She did our taxes for years and it wasn't always straightforward but she was so trustworthy and knowledgeable.  5 stars for Ann Stanwood, zero stars for HR Block for making it impossible for her to serve her clients.

My tax preparer for several years, Chieko Kagawa is a primary reason. She indicated she will be back next year. I have had my taxes prepared by H&R Block for around 35 years, I think.
