Dr. Pammi is an incompetent physician. Her staff is basically the worst bunch of people you could possibly meet. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.

Doctor Topkis is great, front desk staff were rude, unhelpful and all-around unpleasant to deal with. A shame really.

Best doctor I've ever had. Dr. Topkis is an "old school" kind of guy- very competent,attentive, concerned,kind, and pro-active. He has always spent as much time with me as I have needed, and is careful to explain anything I don't understand. I appreciate that he does not prescribe medication as a matter of routine, but has always encouraged me to make lifestyle changes to improve my health first. I always feel that he is in my corner, and is my advocate. I also want to say that Georgina, his front-office person, is the best- I had a major health incident a year or so ago, and she went way above and beyond the line of duty to help me get the procedures I needed on an urgent basis. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Topkis and his staff.

I disagree with the previous reviewer.   A doctor relies a lot on his staff, and if his staff is incompetent or lazy, then he should find ways to fix it.  I've had a lot of problems with the personnel here - dropped calls, multiple telephonic transfers to different people, none of whom knew the answer to my question, and some blatant hostility.I brought the problem to the attention of Dr Topkis, and he just sort of shrugged.    I don't think I'm a very demanding person, and I tried to be as patient as I could, but enough was enough. I switched my primary care physician to someone else.Coincidentally enough, the staff at my new primary care physician giggled when they saw who my previous doctor was.  Apparently, a lot of the faxes they send over there get "lost" and they shared some of my concerns about that office as well.
