I heartily recommend Top Fitness .
I recently bought an Elliptical Machine at the Walnut Creek shop and had an issue with it.
In this era of take the money and run Top Fitness has proven to be the opposite. Mark and Eric in Walnut Creek, Brian in San Francisco, and Bert and Ryan in Sacramento have all been quick and eager of their own accord to make things right for me.
Top and its employees are old school about customer satisfaction.

Had an exceptional experience purchasing a full set of dumbbells and a rack from Mark C. The purchase required shipping the order to a remote location on the east coast. The price was excellent and the shipping was on time. Great communication throughout. Thanks Mark!

Just bought from my second elliptical from Top Fitness. Great products throughout the store but more importantly, fantastic service. Mark took my various requirements for a machine and led me directly to the perfect fit (after Id looked elsewhere with no luck.) He went beyond by getting me the best deal and securing a quick delivery. Any fitness junkies know, its not a small thing to find this kind of care!

From the beginning to end it was great. I bought the machine with Mark in the Walnit Creek store and he was awesome. He answered all my questions, very competitive proces and was very helpful and accommodating as far as answering my questions and getting me set up with having it delivered. They even took my old machine away and made sure that everything was set up properly. I am so bringing anyone who needs equipment to the store
