have been a loyal Macy's customer for over a decade and have always enjoyed the convenience and quality of shopping at Macy's in Walnut Creek. However, my recent experience with Macy's credit card services has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
Despite being a long-time cardholder, I encountered a significant issue with an erroneous charge on my Macy's credit card statement. I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting Macy's credit card customer service multiple times over the course of several weeks, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
The representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. Despite numerous assurances that the incorrect charge would be promptly removed from my account, it still remains unresolved, leaving me worried about the potential impact on my credit history.
I've spent hours on the phone, been transferred between representatives, and even visited the Macy's store in Walnut Creek seeking assistanceall to no avail. It's incredibly frustrating to receive such poor customer service, especially considering my long-standing loyalty to Macy's.
I urge Macy's to take customer concerns more seriously and to prioritize resolving issues promptly and efficiently. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and support when facing challenges with Macy's credit card services.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I can continue to trust Macy's as a preferred shopping destination and whether it's worth maintaining my Macy's credit card account. I sincerely hope Macy's will take steps to improve its credit card services and restore the trust of its customers.
