      image No public restrooms at Avis Walnut Creek and the vehicle they put is in was dirty inside. Definitely not cleaned inside by the staff before turning it over. This specific location is not up to the typical standards of the many other Avis facilities that I've rented from. I have rented cars from Avis domestically and internationally for over 20 years, and this location ranks as the worst one I've used.
