Not what it used to be. Maybe new owners? Older gentleman tried to do my pedicure. Rushed through it. My feet soaked (with no jets) for maybe 5 minutes!! Chairs don't work. So no back massage and I was stuck in a very laid back chair. Uncomfortable from the very beginning. Every color I picked they didn't have any more. The third one I finally settled on was old and clumpy. He kept adding acetone to thin it out. I finally spoke up and said I was not happy at all with the polish, it was streaky and clumps were on every other toe. Another woman stepped in and picked a similar color out and redid my polish. They look okay now. Thankfully, I cancelled my manicure. 2 stars was only for the nice woman that came to my rescue!! So sad because this used to be my absolute favorite and I've recommended them to so many friends.
