After shopping around, I finally decided to switch to State Farm with Ida. Ida took the time to understand my unique insurance needs and provided me with personalized recommendations that were tailored to the coverage I wanted. Throughout the entire process, Ida was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Overall, I will definitely recommend Ida to all my family and friends who are looking for insurance!

We had a very good experience with agent Ms. Ida Vo at State Farm. Ida replies to email almost instantly. She carefully explained the terms and concepts in the insurance policy and provided us with cost-effective auto & home plans. Definitely recommend!

I can't even begin to explain how great Mrs Ida Vo and her team are!  Been with them for 15 years now and never plan on having anyone else. Every time I call with an issue or have a question, they are there with the right answers and such a bright attitude. Whenever I have a complex issue I call and Ida is always there, I trust her opinion and judgment to the highest! I want to give them 10 stars.  I'm so glad to see they have a 5 start rating as they deserve it and then some

Best state farm agent in all the valleys I'm glad I came to Ida for my insurance she was so helpful and honest strongly recommend giving her s shot
